GAMco encourages well trained, veteran, designated appraisers from the nation’s Appraisal Organizations (AI, ASA, ASFMRA and the NAIFA) to apply. If you are an Associate Member of one of these organizations that is working toward a designation, you have unique appraising skill and can, through sample appraisal reports, demonstrate those unique skills, your application will be considered.

If you believe you have what it takes,

1. Login as an appraiser, click here if you do not have a user name and password and complete a Vendor Profile. Make sure to click SAVE. After your initial information has been saved, the Vendor Profile will show Documents.

2. Click on “Attach and View Documents” and then upload a pdf of your license(s), your E&O declaration page, your Resume with two references, and a sample appraisal report.

3. After uploading all documents, click “Save”. Then scroll to the bottom of the profile and click on “Click here for enhanced coverage area”. Upon entering your areas of geographical competence (counties, zip codes), click “Save” and you are done.

4. Please recognize that if you include ever zip code in a county, you may be required to demonstrate that you have competence in that area.
