GAMco complies with the amended Truth in Lending Act, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the Interagency Appraisal & Evaluation Guidelines, the Appraisal Institute Code of Ethical Conduct and all other regulations and guidelines that govern it’s operation as an independent, appraiser owned, appraisal administrator. GAMco’s clients, their officers, directors and employees have never solicited nor do any receive, directly or indirectly, any compensation, consideration or any other thing of value from GAMco.

GAMco is an Associate Member of the Community Bankers of Michigan and the Illinois Mortgage Banker’s Association. GAMco’s owners and its management are also members of the Illinois Coalition of Appraisal Professionals and the Appraisal Institute.
